Clinical Supervisor – LGBTIQ+ Community Based

By April 12, 2017News

OUTLineNZ Inc. invites Expressions of Interest from community focused qualified Clinical Supervisors for the following professional services:

  • Fortnightly (2.5 hours) clinical supervision and clinical support for OUTLine’s qualified counselling team
  • Monthly (11 months per year, 2 hour sessions) of clinical supervision and on-going training for OUTLine’s 0800 telephone support, helpline, and counselling trained volunteers.

You should be tertiary qualified and have appropriate professional registration. Ideally you will have a supervision qualification or alternatively, several years of clinical supervision experience.

OUTLine requests that you provide details of your hourly rate for each service and a monthly cost breakdown. The counselling supervision is group based for 4 – 5 counsellors. Minutes are required.

The monthly volunteer’s supervision is for up to 30 volunteers in one group of 2 hours per month, with written hand outs and minutes.

OUTLine is a community based, not for profit organisation that is focussed on providing a service to the LGBTIQ+ community. It is expected that those who apply are sympathetic to the aims, values and ethos of the organisation.

Whilst OUTLine aims to provide a reasonable rate for this supervision service, we are always seeking to reduce our costs in order to increase our services to the community, and any contribution towards this objective is welcomed although not an essential requirement.
